ur team i s growing, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Designer, Intermediate to join our team in our Santiago office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and animation and a passion for bringing static designs to life through motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, video and interactive content.
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and animations that will enhance the user experience, elevate our brand, and communicate complex ideas in a visually compelling way.

· Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including interactive website content, website banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
· Develop and produce high-quality animations, video and motion graphics for digital media.
· Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to conceptualize, create and execute digital projects.
· Create storyboards, visual concepts, and animation prototypes.
· Ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
· Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design and animation quality.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
· Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

· Proven experience as a Digital or Animation Designer or similar role.

3-4 years of experience · Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Animate, and Cinema 4D.
· Strong portfolio showcasing creative, cutting-edge digital design and animation work.
· Excellent understanding of design principles, animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
· Knowledge of 3D animation, modeling and HTML/CSS is a plus.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
· Ability to take feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
