Strategic Leadership.
Collaborate with the country Head of Wealth, Investment function and wider executive team to define and execute the company's operational strategy aligned with UK objectives.
Operational & Financial Oversight.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes in line with industry regulations and best practices.
Understanding and working knowledge of FCA and other International Financial Authorities working practices (FINMA,SEC, IRS) Client Service Excellence.
Lead initiatives to enhance client experience, ensuring high service standards and addressing client needs proactively.
Risk Management.
Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the firm's assets and reputation.
Team Development.
Foster a high-performance culture, building and leading a talented operational team through mentorship and professional development.
Work with the front office leadership group to grow a profitable Collaboration.
Work closely with other departments, including compliance, risk, investment management, and sales, to ensure cohesive operations and successful delivery of the UK business plan.
Performance Metrics.
Establish KPIs and operational metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the firm The Successful Applicant Candidates for the this role should have a minimum of 10 years in operational management within wealth management or financial services, demonstrating expertise in operational leadership strategic planning, risk management, and client relations.
