PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients in North America, whilst achieving our financial targets. You will be able to achieve that though the various CloserWork Americas services and business units.

MAIN MISSIONS

Scaleup You will initially be leading the scaleup of our Workforce Management Consulting and Services Recruitment, which has already been successfully launched in Canada. To do so, you will
Enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of the group Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas.
You will also be involved with very hands on work, such as performing recruitment placements, to get the best introduction into our work, clients, and sector.
Develop you will also be developing progressively our other groups of Management Consulting and service lines Financial Services, Marketing Services, Soft Skills Coaching and Training, Mediation and Legal, Operations consultancy, Business Intelligence and Insights, etc.
We aspire at becoming change leaders in our healthcare sectors, having an impact on how the healthcare work is delivered, for the benefits of Organisations, Professionals and Patients

THE TEAM

As a startup, you will initially work with a small, tightknit team, including
The Founder and Advisors Providing strategic guidance and support.
CloserWork Americas Management Team Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer CMO, Chief Business Intelligence and Data Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
Local Business Units Directors Partnering with directors of our first business units in North America to drive Workforce and Recruitment Initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English.
Experience in Management Consulting, including People Talents Attraction and Management Human Capital, or a possessing a good Business
Leadership experience.
Willing to start the role in an small structure early stage startup, and carry out hands on work e.g. recruitment placements as part of your initiation.
Location you can be based in any country in South, Central or North America
Experience from internationals companies, StartUps, ScalesUps or Management Consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group BCG, Bain Company, Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, PwC, EY Ernst Young, KPMG, McKinsey Company, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Korn Ferry, Mercer, Aon, GE Healthcare, Egon Zehnder, Palladium, etc.
