Engage with international customers over the phone, providing support, resolving complaints, and addressing questions related to business loan processes.

Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain detailed records of calls and client information.

Requisitos Requirements.
English Proficiency.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international customers.
Computer Skills.
Computer literacy and experience with data entry are a must.
Experience.
No previous call center experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
Education.
College studies are not necessary but will be considered a plus.
