Job Description At TOMRA Food, we’re transforming global food production to maximize safety, minimize waste, and ensure Every Resource Counts™.
As a Buyer, you’ll play a key role in securing high-quality goods and services, supporting our spare parts schedules, and building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do.
Issue and manage purchase orders while maintaining supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with the Service Department to align purchasing schedules with customer needs.
Support design engineering with supplier quotes for new and upgraded products.
Evaluate vendor proposals to secure the best value for TOMRA.
Research alternative parts sourcing for urgent customer needs.
What We’re Looking For.
3+ years in materials buying; ERP system knowledge is a must.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills English proficiency Associate’s degree in business, materials management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to excellence in quality and service.
