Key Responsibilities.
Maintain and verify data accuracy in internal databases.
Perform quality assurance on both input and output data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Create and update process documentation to reflect current practices.
Build reports to track data quality metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to enhance data quality standards across the organization.
Required Qualifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data trends and identify discrepancies.
Experience with data quality management to maintain high data integrity.
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities to ensure seamless tracking of processes.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Sheets for effective data manipulation and reporting.
Experience with project management tools (like JIRA) for tracking tasks and results.
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent output quality, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld.
Desirable Skills.
