Your responsibilities A Senior Manager manages Senior Individual Contributors or managers who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
Responsibilities typically include policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less); a department's operational direction and people leadership.
Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Identifies, evaluates and negotiates new sales and marketing growth opportunities Work to develop opportunities to capture a larger portion of the local market demand by matching the capabilities of the region's service centers.
Manage and develop the overall portfolio of the business to ensure a highly profitable business.
Identifies, evaluates and supports the Sales Teams in negotiating and marketing growth opportunities Identifies, develops and overviews complex commercials strategies, sales channels and new service development strategies for service centers in SAMER Integrates new business into the organization based on Service Centers capabilities Ensures the strategic support for the preparation of a large-scale global sales plan describing the general steps, milestones and resources needed to formulate proposals covering the entire multidimensional scope (technical, commercial, procurement, calculation, legal, fiscal, etc.), leading the best development of the portfolio of opportunities for the use of FLSmidth Service Center capabilities and matching all customer expectations.
Define and drive initiatives to increase utilization and profitability from a Sales perspective Ensure collaborative work with the S%SS, GSLM, OH/OE, Procurement and support areas.
Be responsible for SC´s Sales budget and performance, Lead the investment projects or projects to increase and expand the capacity of the SCs in the region, ensuring their correct implementation.
Implement strategies aligned with global and regional initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Other additional responsibilities requested by the organization associated with the processes of the area and the position held.
What you bring 5+ Experience in the repair of market components.
Sales abilities Bachelor's degree, Business Bachelor or Engineering Degree in high-level qualification.
