The business analyst is responsible for.
Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather business requirements Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand headcount and resources needs.
Proposing and designing technical and process solutions to meet business needs Creating clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation Developing and documenting headcount requirements data log current and future states Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts Business analysts are often a key link between the project manager and users, and their role is crucial to any project team.
Assisting with project management and partnering with project managers to achieve key milestones Own the Headcount data base and drive the update and interconnexion with data providers Change control management for the headcount data base Key success measures.

Advance Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, smartsheet and knowledge in other data analytics tools.
Advance reporting and analytical skills Education.
Bachelor’s degree 2+ medical devices manufacturing experience.
+1 years Project management experience Prior experience designing/ creating data bases for project management tracking (ideally resource management) Ability to work with remote and multiple teams, communicate effectively, summarize, and prioritize activities.
Ability to develop database and maintain records updated Communication skills Work Schedule.
Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
