Job functions Manage large datasets using most recent technologies Continuously improve processes with focus on automation and partner with different teams to develop system capability Develop and enhance statistical model with best-in-class modelling techniques Evaluate new data sources, conduct research to assist in solving business problems Communicate with clients to take briefs or present insights (need driven) Multi country / companies’ interactions with Decision Point team and the Client is daily Deliver on informative and well-organized deliverables Qualifications and requirements Partner with project leads to understand business briefs and execute analysis Proactively seek opportunities to help team members by sharing knowledge and expanding skills Experience on FMCG and/or Retail Excellent analytical skills and should be a problem solver Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams An eye for detail, quick learner and think out of the box English Proficiency Desirable skills Self-motivated, disciplined with a “can do” attitude and to follow up on obtaining data, information, or validations from the client.
