Job Summary.
In this role, you will provide on-site project support and technical consultation to understand daily equipment challenges.
You will perform audits, assist with product training, initiate requisitions for field purchases, and review cost estimates, vendor bids, and project controls documents.
Your advice will help solve challenges to ensure that equipment quality, quantity, and safety requirements can be met.
#LI-TH1 Major Responsibilities.
Works on large projects with responsibilities including monitoring work activities, analyzing and reviewing workforce, material, and equipment supply requirements, and organizing the area discipline work plan requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent.
Roles within this group are PEMS administrator, equipment shop administrator and equipment manager Planning On large projects, monitors the fleet availability and usage.
Leads and reviews the preparation of Field Material Requisitions (FMR), and the data entry needs to facilitate tracking and planning needs for site.
Prepare reports and forecasts, as required, and keeps supervisors informed on progress of overall assigned activities.
Responsible for the set up and deployment of large project and home office activities related to equipment, tools, and scaffold Assists superintendents with the sourcing, deployment, and material and equipment requirements in support of project Safety and Quality Monitors and ensures that the quality of work performed meets requirements.
Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by BEO management.
Ensures Zero Accident Philosophy and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craft and others when in the operational area, and tools and equipment are in safe condition and in safe operational order.
Education and Experience Requirements.
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
Licensed Crane operator by an accredited agency Licensed Crane inspector by an accredited agency Licensed crane Assembly/Disassembly Director from an accredited agency Licensed train the trainer Assembly/Disassembly Director Bechtel Crane Operator Examiner (COE) Knowledge of writing Bechtel policy and procedures Knowledge of PEMS and Teams Bechtel CAD certified.
