ART DIRECTOR

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the Creative Director and Graphic Designers.
The Art Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual strategies for a variety of brands, guiding and collaborating with Graphic Designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets.

Role Responsibilities The Art Director will play a crucial role in our creative team, functioning as a bridge between the Creative Director and Graphic Designers.
Key responsibilities include.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to understand and implement the creative vision across multiple e-commerce brands.
Lead and oversee a team of Graphic Designers, ensuring their work aligns with brand strategies and meets high-quality standards.
Develop and execute compelling digital ads, simple animations, emails and video edits for various digital assets.
Create high-performing landing pages and websites in Figma, focusing on UX/UI design, and utilize simple prototyping to bring concepts to life.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance, organic social, email and development teams, to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Experience We are looking for an Art Director who embodies creativity, knowledge of the marketing industry, and strong leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will possess.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction, preferably within an agency or in a multi-brand environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional capability in typography and layout.
Experience leading and directing designers in the creation of impactful visual content.
Figma Expertise.
Strong proficiency in Figma for landing page design, UX/UI ideation, email creation, and prototyping.
Proficient in design software such Adobe Creative Cloud and experimental AI platforms.
Excellent understanding of branding, marketing strategies and user journeys.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Attributes While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable.
Previous experience with paid media, e-commerce brands, websites and motion graphics.
Experience working with international teams and understanding cultural nuances (USA-specific) in design and marketing.
A portfolio showcasing successful brand projects across different sectors.
Familiarity with user experience design principles and digital platforms.
